Our Co-Founder, Larklind Cerkezi has its roots in North Macedonia. Born and grown up in Switzerland always having a deep connection to it. This is where the idea of founding our branch in Skopje arise from.

Vlora Ademi is vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Northwest Macedonia. Despite the daily hustle and bustle, she loves to make small and meaningful changes by showcasing her own entrepreneurial story in IT and fighting for more gender diversity in IT and entrepreneurship. She has 17+ years of successful and outstanding international, regional & local experience: business development management, strategy leadership, and IT and project management in various industries. Of which 10 years experience at Microsoft as Education Regional Manager.

Kornelija Mezger

Our Kornelija Mezger is an internationally trained senior management professional with proven experience in managing and leading multiple projects for over a decade. She is very excited about this great opportunity in nearshoring. Instead of setting up standard customer relationships, their goal is to build strong partnerships, as this supports partners and allows them to focus on their core products and competencies.

Whether as Board of Director of established companies or in my role as CEO in various start-ups – I have always been in the project business. Digital transformation with teamscout AG in the nearshoring sector is not just a project, it is more an entrepreneurial path, just under different signs and with different requirements. Dealing with topics such as entrepreneurship, social media, new technologies or leadership is my passion – is my job!

As a trained IT systems engineer and qualified business IT specialist HF, Larklind Cerkezi is firmly anchored in the IT world. In 2017, he had the privilege of founding digicube AG with Thomas and Manuel and laying the foundation of today’s company. It quickly became clear that we needed to build our own software department and due to my roots in Macedonia, we decided to establish a branch in Skopje. This was the starting point for the nearshoring department and today’s teamscout AG.
