Nearshoring by teamscout follows a modern, agile approach. The team can be adapted and expanded at any time. Additional and other jobs can also be integrated immediately and completely uncomplicated.
What does teamscout AG’s support look like in the application process?
teamscout takes care of all administrative and formal matters. We search for suitable personnel for you, prepare a clear list of suitable candidates, which we then evaluate together.

Do I have insight about potential candidates?
Yes, you as a customer have permanent and real-time access to all applicants and candidates for each individual position. In this view, profiles can be looked up as well as feedbacks can be given and the current status can be viewed.

This decision is entirely up to you. As teamscout AG, we provide you with complete support in your search for personnel and help you find the right nearshoring employee for your project – you make the final selection.

2. Supervision
Is there such a thing as employee reviews?
As planned, employee meetings are scheduled once a month – this applies to the exchange between teamscout AG and the employees. You may, of course, have more or fewer conversations with your employees as you wish.
Is there a way to see my future employees on site?
In any case, there is this possibility! It is important to us that the interaction between client and contractor is optimal. A visit naturally conveys a completely different picture of cooperation and strongly promotes the “we-feeling”. The same applies, of course, to the possibility of inviting employees from Skopje here to your headquarters.

As a client, how often am I in contact with my employees?
You may contact your collaborators as often as you wish and as needed for your joint project. The more contact, the better you get to know each other, of course. This leads to better communication. The same applies to the contact between you and us as partners – we are always available for questions or uncertainties.

Who will take care of the employees on my nearshoring team?
The employees are employed and supervised on site in Skopje by us, teamscout AG. This means we care about the well-being of your employees and hold monthly meetings with them to ensure goals are met or difficulties are identified more quickly. In addition, we organize trainings and roundtable discussions for a constant transfer of know-how.

3. Legal situation
Who takes care of all the legal documents?
Your decision is made and you want to build your remote team together with us? The contract is then drawn up between you and teamscout AG, based in Buchs SG. We take care of all legal aspects which have to be prepared for the employees in Skopje.
4. General
Can I also have a look at the service on site?
Absolutely. We would be happy to show our customers the entire setup of our infrastructure in Skopje on site. We create for you a business trip package with sightseeing, so that you can better enjoy the impressions.
Are there any requirements that must be met?
Basically, there is only one prerequisite that must be met, and that is the willingness to work with remote teams.
Not a requirement but also important to keep in mind is that the recruited employees are fully committed to you, the customer. Employees work exclusively on their projects and for their team and for no one else.

Nearshoring describes the process of moving some business activities to other European locations and then working on your projects from there.

When can I expect my nearshoring team?
We will organize a joint kick-off meeting as soon as possible to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Your plans and wishes will be discussed so that the process can move forward with the next steps such as the tender and recruitment phase, as well as the hiring process.
In the headhunter process we find out which personality the client is looking for and which skills, experience, knowledge, character traits and experience are particularly important for the position.
On average, the entire process until the start of work (depending on the position) takes about a month.

We provide our premises in North Macedonia for your potential employees. These are located in the heart of North Macedonia, in the capital Skopje, in an excellent area overlooking the river Vardar.

Why Nearshoring by teamscout?
We as teamscout AG have experience with software development ourselves since our foundation. The many projects we have had the pleasure of implementing for our clients have led us to create our own software development team in Northern Macedonia. We do not want to reserve the possibility to profit from these resources for our customers. Therefore, since the beginning of 2021, we also offer our customers the possibility to set up their own remote team. For this we offer the optimal support.

The main factor why nearshoring is used is the shortage of skilled workers. In Switzerland, this shortage of qualified personnel is particularly prevalent in the IT and software development industry. 5. Workshop
Which people are important for the workshop?
As the workshop is an important pillar for the foundation of the project, the presence of relevant people is a basic requirement. In line with the content of the workshop, people with expertise in business and technology (or other areas relevant to the needs and wishes of you, the customer) from both sides should be present. We from teamscout AG will represent the workshop from two locations, Switzerland and North Macedonia.
What will be worked on at the workshop?
The nearshoring workshop can be divided into different phases. In a first step, we would like to get to know you as a company and once again introduce teamscout to you as your nearshoring partner. Entrepreneurial starting points, perspectives, cultures, teams and administrative approaches are illuminated so that your future employees harmonize perfectly with your company.

When & where will the workshop take place?
Once you have decided that we are the right partner for your nearshoring team, a workshop will be arranged on a desired date. The workshop takes place via video-conference over any platform that brings all the necessary resources.

For us as teamscout AG, the nearshoring workshop is on the one hand the starting signal for the project, and on the other hand the development of the foundation for a target-oriented solution for your company. In the form of a creative exchange, we get to know each other better, take note of your wishes and needs and, based on this, create an individual nearshoring plan for your team.

6. Recruting
Can I screen candidates for your skills?
If you so desire, we will be happy to invite shortlisted candidates for a pre-test interview where you can test the knowledge required for the position. Even if we take over the search for potential candidates for you, you as the client are always involved in the process.
How long does it take to recruit an employee?
From the point at which teamscout Nearshoring actively seeks personnel reinforcements, the recruitment process usually takes around one and a half to two months. During this time, the position is advertised, candidates are gathered, interviews are conducted, and final decisions are made. Depending on the position, performance level, and other individual needs, we may need a little more or a little less time to find a suitable fit.

7. Positions
Which technologies are included in the Nearshoring by teamscout offer?
Our offer includes many different technologies and can therefore (normally) cover everything. If you use a special technology, we will discuss it with you in detail during our workshop, so we can guarantee that afterwards we will find the right people for your project and your remote team.
Can you search for Software Developer only?
No, even though software development is our big focus, other positions can also be hired through teamscout nearshoring – examples would be UI/UX designers, graphic designers, QA testers.
